Rooted in a profound understanding of energetics, she invites students into a practice that nurtures both safety and stability within the physical body, serving as a vessel for deeper self-discovery and inner transformation.

Her teachings are infused with wisdom from esteemed mentors and a deep commitment to Svādhyāya. Rach brings a deep, well-rounded understanding to her teachings. As a trained and experienced nurse, Rach’s compassion and intuitive knowledge of the human body are woven into her instruction, creating a safe and sacred space for all practitioners.

As a teacher trainer, Rach has a special gift for inviting inquiry, inspiring confidence & offering the space for  students to connect to the authentic teacher within. Her approach to respecting the tradition of yoga while  bringing it into modern times makes it accessible and open to personal interpretation by each of her students.

Heidi Trigar

Teaching yoga for Heidi was an effortless transition from dance,

as moving her body and watching other bodies move had been a huge part of her life for over 35 years.

Although the loud cry of the yoga mat called her initially, soon the exploration of the subtle realms would hold a more prominent place in her yoga practice and in her teachings. Having trained with master teachers Sarah Powers, Rod Stryker, Lorin Roche, Christopher Hareesh Wallis, not to mention countless mentors over many years of practice and teaching yoga, Heidi has a wealth of embodied knowledge and wisdom to share.

Heidi has a unique and powerful way of weaving  mythology, philosophy and mantra into her public classes, workshops, retreats and trainings, making it relatable to modern minds and hearts. She has developed a style of teaching that is truly unique, emotive, memorable and meaningful.

As a trainer of yoga teachers, Heidi creates a transformative space where students are invited to explore deeply, gain confidence & wisdom, and uncover the authenticity of the Acharya within.

With a deep reverence for the traditions of Bhakti and Jnana Yoga, she skillfully bridges ancient spiritual teachings with the contemporary world, making the practice both accessible and open to every unique interpretation.
