Our Yoga
We offer various flow-style classes, trainings, and workshops to suit everyone from the beginner to the experienced Yogi! We have some of the best Yoga Teachers in Melbourne and they will guide you through all of our classes with heart, knowledge and skill.

Our spacious studio is heated to 30 degrees using far infrared heating. We also offer Yin classes heated to 26 degrees. We love to welcome students of all levels, whether you are new to yoga or an experienced yogi. Our class styles include Slow Flow, Dynamic Flow, Stronger Flow, and Yin.

Our studio is equip with far Infrared heating panels and continuous ventilation, so you feel energised during and after your practice rather than depleted. Far infrared heat warms our bodies during practice, creating and evenly distributed and therapeutic heat.
